Day 1: Mindfulness

Today I am Mindful of:

  • My need for structured ritual

  • My desire to be a better human

  • The power of my word and actions

  • What my body needs to remain healthy

  • That my mind requires rest, nourishment and positive patterns

  • That while I cannot control the outlook of others, I can control my own

  • That what I feed my mind is a reflection of the life I live and what I value

  • That being mindfully aware will get me through my day with joy and gratitude
